Poster Design
Posters should be designed to be placed on a poster board with a display space of 1,20 m vertically and 0,90 cm horizontally (42.24 inches vertical by 35.43 inches horizontal).
IFOS 2009 BRAZIL will supply the board, with a sign noting your poster number. The number sign does NOT include the abstract title or the listing of authors. This information must be included in the body of the poster itself.

Posters will be mounted, using adhesive tape (furnished by IFOS 2009 BRAZIL at the presentation site) , to a panel that is made out of Formica (TS) melaminic finishing. (No pushpins or velcro will be used to mount your poster). |

Shipping: Posters should be hand carried to Brazil or sent by courier to the hotel of the person who will mount the poster for display. DO NOT ship the poster to the Congress Secretariat. The Secretariat assumes no responsibility for receiving or mounting any poster. |
