Congress Registration

Open to physicians, allied personnel, technicians and residents.

Residents will benefit from 30% discount. Participants who register as Resident must be under 35 years old and submit a copy of official status letter/ID to the executive secretariat at fax + 55 11 3845-6818 or info@meetingeventos.com.br

All delegates, instructional course teachers, presenting oral and poster authors are required to register at the congress.

Guest speakers are also required to register and at the moment of the invitation they will receive special instructions.

The registration fee covers the following for each registered participant: admission to all talks; one conference bag (including program book conference materials); admission to both social events (Opening Ceremony and Congress Thematic Party).

Accompanying Person’s registration includes: admission to both social events (Opening Ceremony and Congress Thematic Party) and allows 10% discount on any city tours in Sao Paulo, purchased with the Congress Official Travel Agency.

Early birds who register at the registration opening will benefit from significant discounts compared to the on site rate.
