Congress Registration

Open to physicians, allied personnel, allied personnel fellows, technicians residents and students.

Residents and Allied Personnel Fellows will benefit from 30% discount. Participants who register as Resident must be under 35 years old and Allied Personnel Fellows must be under 30 years old. They must submit a copy of official status letter/ID to the executive secretariat at fax + 55 11 3845-6818 or info@meetingeventos.com.br

Students: You are required to send proof by fax 55 11 3845-6818 or email
info@meetingeventos.com.br of the level at which you are currently studying. Please note that in 2009 you must still be a undergraduate student.

Please register online. Payment must be made by credit card only. Online registration is available until May 4^th 2009.

Registration will only be confirmed upon full payment

All delegates, instructional course teachers, presenting oral and poster authors are required to register at the congress.

Guest speakers are also required to register and at the moment of the invitation they will receive special instructions.

The registration fee covers the following for each registered participant: admission to all talks; one conference bag (including program book conference materials); admission to both social events (Opening Ceremony and Congress Thematic Party).

Accompanying Person’s registration includes: admission to both social events (Opening Ceremony and Congress Thematic Party) and allows 10% discount on any city tours in Sao Paulo, purchased with the Congress Official Travel Agency.

Early birds who register at the registration opening will benefit from significant discounts compared to the on site rate.
